Promotion Guidelines
Please observe the following guidelines when creating and promoting landing pages through the DBCATCH service. Violations may result in page deactivation or account suspension.
1. No Spam or Unsolicited Messages
Distributing landing page links created through DBCATCH without the recipient's consent is prohibited. Sending mass spam messages via SMS, email, or messaging apps may be subject to legal penalties.
- Do not send promotional messages without prior consent from recipients
- Do not send repeated promotional links to unspecified recipients
- Do not resend to individuals who have opted out
2. No Misleading or Deceptive Content
Landing pages must not contain false information, exaggerated claims, or misleading content.
- Do not advertise non-existent discounts, events, or benefits
- Do not publish inaccurate product or service information
- Do not use fake reviews, fabricated certifications, or forged endorsements
- Do not make deceptive comparative advertising claims
3. Comply with Applicable Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws when creating and promoting landing pages.
- Comply with local advertising regulations and fair trade laws
- Comply with consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction
- Comply with electronic commerce and telecommunications regulations
- For international campaigns, comply with the relevant advertising and consumer protection laws of each target country
4. Respect Intellectual Property
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others must not be used on landing pages.
- Do not use trademarks, logos, or brand names without authorization
- Do not reproduce or use copyrighted images, text, or videos without permission
- Do not replicate designs or content from other services
5. Obtain Proper Consent for Data Collection
When collecting personal data through landing pages, you must follow proper legal procedures.
- Clearly state the purpose, scope, and retention period of collected data
- Collect data only after obtaining consent from the data subject
- Do not use collected personal data beyond the scope of consent or share it with third parties without authorization
- Comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPA, etc.)
6. Enforcement
If a violation of these guidelines is confirmed, DBCATCH may take the following actions:
- Immediate deactivation of the offending landing page
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account
- Initiation of legal proceedings
- Sharing information with relevant authorities upon receiving a report

These guidelines are effective as of January 1, 2026.
