Refund Policy

Ian F&C Co., Ltd. ("Company") is committed to customer satisfaction and operates the following refund policy for the DBCATCH service.

1. Subscription Plan Refunds

  • Within 7 days of purchase, no usage: Full refund
  • Within 7 days of purchase, with usage: Refund minus a pro-rated deduction for days used
  • After 7 days: No refund available. You may cancel your subscription and continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will not be charged from the next billing date. You may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
  • If you resubscribe, your previous data will be preserved (unless you have deleted your account).

3. Credit Refunds

  • Unused credits: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Used credits: Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
  • Included monthly credits: Credits included with subscription plans are not eligible for separate refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Identity verification and review of refund request (1-2 business days)
  3. Refund processed to original payment method (3-5 business days after approval)

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Inability to use the service due to user negligence
  • Credits or services that have already been consumed
