Refund Policy

IAN F&C Inc. ("Company") operates the following refund policy for the DBCATCH service. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

1. Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a subscription plan or credit pack.

2. Subscription Plan Refunds

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of your payment date, you will receive a full refund.
  • After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription and continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.

3. Credit Refunds

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a credit pack, you will receive a full refund.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you will not be charged from the next billing date. You may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
  • If you resubscribe, your previous data will be preserved (unless you have deleted your account).

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. Refund will be processed through Paddle to your original payment method (5-10 business days)

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund processing.
