These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the DBCATCH service ("Service") provided by IAN F&C Inc. ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the landing page creation and lead collection platform provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Landing page" refers to a web page created by the User through the Service.
• "Lead" refers to customer information collected through landing pages.

3. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

• Landing page creation and hosting
• Lead collection and management
• Notification services (email, SMS, messaging apps)
• Analytics and reporting
• AI-powered content generation

4. Pricing

• Free: 1 creation slot, 3-day data access, basic blocks
• Pro: $9.99/mo, 5 creation slots, 90-day data access, all blocks, custom domain
• Team: $14.99/seat/mo, 10 creation slots per seat, unlimited data access, CSV/API/webhooks
• Notification and AI credits: included monthly with paid plans, additional packs available for purchase

5. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Misappropriating others' personal information
• Intentionally disrupting the operation of the Service
• Registering false information

6. Company Obligations

The Company shall make its best effort to provide stable service and protect users' personal information.

7. Refund Policy

• Full refund within 14 days of purchasing a subscription plan or credit pack
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time (effective from next billing date)
• All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record).
